Candidal balanitis

It may be a direct infection of the glans penis and foreskin by Candida, or it may be a secondary Candida infection after diabetes or long-term use of antibiotics or corticosteroids. At the same time, most of the patients' spouses suffer from candidal vaginitis. Manifestations: Common symptoms are mild flushing, dryness and smoothness of the foreskin and glans penis, and white cheese-like patches on the inner plate of the foreskin and the coronal sulcus of the glans penis. When the scrotum is affected, a scaly erythematous rash can be seen on the contact surface with the penis, with obvious itching.
