There are fleshy granules on the penis crown

Penile pearly rash is a relatively normal disease. When a man finds a row of small fleshy granules on the crown of the penis, he does not need to be too nervous. These small fleshy granules are pearly rash, which will not affect the health of the body and will not be contagious or infected. If you are really worried, you can go to the hospital for examination and ask the doctor for advice on whether you need treatment according to your own situation.

Symptoms of penile pearly rash

Pearly penile papules are more common in men around 20-30 years old. The damage mainly occurs at the junction of the edge of the glans and the coronal sulcus and/or the frenulum. The lesions are 1-3mm in size, and the lesions are larger on both sides of the frenulum. The top of the papules is round and smooth, and some papules are hairy or filamentous. The papules are mostly not fused with each other, and are densely arranged in one or more rows. They are obvious on the dorsal side of the glans and can partially or completely surround the glans. The color of the lesions is mostly pearly white, a few are light red and skin-colored, and some may appear mildly red and swollen. There is no tenderness, no rupture, and the patient has no conscious symptoms.

Histopathological examination of penile pearly rash

Histopathological examination of penile pearly papules showed hyperkeratosis, mild to moderate hyperplasia of the epidermis, normal basal layer, slight hyperplasia and density of collagen fibers in the dermis, varying degrees of hyperplasia and dilation of dermal papillary capillaries, a small amount of lymphocyte infiltration around them, and no pit cells.

What medicine can cure penile pearl rash?

Pearly rash is a physiological papule that grows around the coronal sulcus of the male glans penis. It generally does not require treatment and has no obvious clinical manifestations. If you want to eliminate it, you can use drugs to remove pearly rash.

Before use, clean the skin and stir the ointment with a toothpick. Stir for 10 times. Use a toothpick to apply the ointment on the pearly rash in the coronal sulcus. The dosage can be increased or decreased according to the skin absorption.

Because each patient's individual situation is different, the dosage needs to be adjusted according to your own situation! If the pearl rash is more and more dense, it is recommended to treat in batches, first treat one batch, and then treat another batch.

Dietary treatment for penile pearly rash

In our daily life, there are many foods and vegetables that can clear away heat and detoxify, such as bitter melon, wax gourd, mung bean, etc. During the treatment of genital herpes, eating these foods can also play an auxiliary therapeutic effect.
