Adhesion between foreskin and coronal sulcus

Adhesion between foreskin and coronal sulcus

For male friends who have adhesion between the foreskin and the coronal sulcus, although they do not need to be too nervous, they should still pay attention to it, because if it is not diagnosed and treated in time, it will easily cause other infections and inflammation at the same time, which will not be worth the loss. Therefore, it is necessary to diagnose and treat it in time as much as possible. Foreskin separation and circumcision can be adopted. Below we will introduce some treatments for foreskin dilation or adhesion separation.

1. There may be slight pain during the expansion or separation process, or slight skin cracks with bleeding at the foreskin opening. 1-3 days after separation, the foreskin may become swollen to varying degrees, or accompanied by discomfort and pain when urinating. These are all normal conditions after separation. Parents do not need to worry too much and can bathe normally.

2. To reduce the pain experienced by the child, compound lidocaine cream or oxybuprocaine hydrochloride gel can be applied topically about 10 minutes before treatment. It can also be applied topically for postoperative pain.

3. After returning home, wash the vulva and take a disposable paper cup. Dilute the "benzalkonium chloride" 10 times (such as mixing 5ml of benzalkonium chloride with 45ml of warm water). Soak the penis in the solution for 5-10 minutes each time, twice a day.

4. After each soaking, lie flat, turn the foreskin up to the coronal sulcus, fully expose the glans penis, and apply "topical cod liver oil/chlortetracycline eye ointment" on the coronal sulcus and glans penis to prevent adhesion. And restore the foreskin in time. If the foreskin is difficult to restore, please go to the hospital immediately. Special reminder: We have also noticed that some parents fail to master the technique after returning home. Parents are requested to pay attention to the doctor's technique when the child is being treated.

5. Within 10 days after separating the foreskin, you can turn the foreskin outside to expose the glans penis after urinating during the day, and apply modified chitin (Lingpixin) externally 2-3 times, 3-4 times a day.

6. Generally, the foreskin will be easily and completely turned up after 7-10 days, and no medication is needed. However, you must turn up the foreskin to expose the coronal sulcus and the glans and wash it clean with clean water every time you take a bath.

Dear parents and friends, most of the confusions should be answered here, right? In the early stage of treatment of foreskin enlargement or separation, you must persist, and most children can achieve satisfactory results with the use of medication.
