What are the symptoms of urethral inflammation? Be careful

The urethral opening can be said to be the most private and sensitive part of the human body. It is often prone to inflammation, so urethral opening inflammation is also relatively common. Because people do not understand the symptoms, they are always unable to receive timely treatment, which ultimately brings great harm to the body. So what are the symptoms of urethral opening inflammation?

1. Urinary tract irritation, i.e. frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination, and uncomfortable urination. The severity of these symptoms varies from patient to patient. Acute inflammation patients often have obvious urinary tract irritation; however, in the elderly, children, and patients with chronic urinary tract inflammation, the urinary tract irritation symptoms are usually mild, such as slight frequent urination, urgent urination, or uncomfortable urination.

2. Male urethritis also manifests as systemic poisoning symptoms, such as fever, tremors, headache, etc. It is mainly seen in patients with upper urinary tract infections, especially acute urinary tract infections and patients with urinary tract obstruction.

3. Male urethral orifice is often caused by obstruction of the urethral orifice or the spread of inflammation in adjacent organs. Among sexually transmitted diseases, gonococcal urethritis is one of the main diseases, often called gonorrhea, which is caused by gonococcal infection. Another common sexually transmitted disease is non-gonococcal urethritis, which is mainly caused by chlamydia and mycoplasma infection.

Causes other urinary system diseases: Once the patient is infected, the bacteria often hide in the urethra, especially the posterior urethra and enter the urethral crypts, paraurethral glands, urethral bulbs, prostate and seminal vesicles. They can also invade the vas deferens, epididymis and testicles, causing a series of complications, such as cystitis and prostatitis. Improper treatment of acute urethritis may even lead to paraurethral abscesses, which can rupture and penetrate the penis skin to become urethral fistulas.
