Because the meridians of the kidney and bladder are interrelated, they are the exterior and interior of each other. The gasification function of the bladder depends on the strength of the kidney qi, and the kidney qi helps the bladder to gasify body fluids. Therefore, the health care of the bladder also plays an indirect protective role on the kidney. The bladder is located in the lower abdomen. The specific massage method is: overlap your palms and press them in the center of the lower abdomen, first massage in a clockwise direction for 20 times, then massage in a counterclockwise direction for 20 times; use the base of your palm to push down from the center of the lower abdomen to the upper edge of the pubic symphysis, and repeat for 3 minutes.

Long-term practice of this method can dredge the meridians, nourish yin and strengthen the kidneys, regulate the Ren, Du and Chong meridians, and has good preventive and therapeutic effects on prostatitis, urinary stones, and uterine diseases.

6. Massage the Yongquan point of the lower limbs

1: Sit down, rub your hands to warm them up, and then place your palms close to your feet, rubbing from the heel to the ankle joint to the Sanyinjiao line 20 to 30 times, and then rub the Yongquan acupoint 100 times with your palms. When rubbing, it is best to focus on the Yongquan acupoint, and the hand gestures should be slightly rhythmic. This method has the function of connecting the heart and kidney and guiding the fire back to its source. It has a good preventive and therapeutic effect on insomnia and spermatorrhea caused by the disharmony between the heart and kidney.
