A few "little earthworms" completely destroyed a man

The health of male private parts is the focus of male friends. Many male friends have varicocele in their private parts due to lack of attention. Experts say that varicocele can cause male infertility. So, how to take care of varicocele?

Varicose veins are the most common male disease. Among male infertility patients, about 35%-40% are caused by varicocele. Varicose veins are the elongation, dilation and tortuosity of the spermatic cord. It is caused by venous valve dysfunction, spermatic vein reflux obstruction and blood reflux due to certain reasons. Varicose veins are more common in young people aged 20-30 years old. The symptoms are like "little earthworms" crawling all over the surface of the scrotum.

Symptoms of Varicose Cord

According to the severity of symptoms, varicocele can be divided into three degrees, including:

Grade I: The varicose veins cannot be felt locally when the patient is standing, but can be felt during routine examination;

Grade II: When the patient is standing, the varicose veins in the scrotum can be felt, but the varicose veins cannot be seen on the surface;

Grade III: bulging blue veins can be seen in the scrotum, like earthworm-like or varicose veins.

Generally, varicocele has no obvious symptoms and is often found during routine physical examinations or self-examinations of painless earthworm-like masses or masses in the scrotum. Some patients also find it during infertility treatment. Clinically, varicocele mainly manifests as pain and swelling under the scrotum, which can radiate to the lower abdomen and waist. Symptoms worsen after exercise, prolonged standing or fatigue, and are relieved after lying flat and resting. Some patients also have symptoms such as neurasthenia and decreased sexual function.

The dangers of varicocele

Data show that varicocele occurs on the left side in 67% to 81% of cases, on the right side in 19% to 33%, and on both sides in 10%. Due to the lack of good venous reflux in the testicles, the testicular temperature rises and toxins damage the testicles, which affects sperm production and leads to male infertility. In severe cases, it can cause testicular atrophy. Varicose veins cause secondary infertility in 50% to 80% of patients, and surgery is necessary to solve this problem.

How to care for varicocele?

1. Develop good living habits: Patients need to avoid excessive drinking and eating spicy food. In addition, because vitamin E has a certain function in the recovery of blood vessels, regular consumption of foods rich in vitamin E has a certain effect on the prevention and recovery of varicocele. The reduction of the patient's vitamin E content will affect the body's disease resistance, so patients can choose to eat foods with high vitamin E content. At the same time, they can also take appropriate amounts of vitamin C and vitamin E to improve the symptoms by using their antioxidant and free radical scavenging effects.

2. Adjust a good mentality: Try to adjust your mental state and maintain a positive attitude towards life. For many patients with varicocele, this is the first problem to be taken seriously and solved.

3. Exercise: Moderate exercise has a good effect on emotional regulation and physical recovery. Walking, jogging, and gymnastics are all good forms of exercise. Through the exercise of the abdomen, perineum, and buttocks muscles, it can promote the local blood circulation of the spermatic vein and help dissipate the local blood congestion of the spermatic cord.

Note:

1. Reduce mental and work stress.

2. Do not drink alcohol or drink less alcohol, and eat less spicy food.

3. Reduce greasy food and unsaturated fatty acids.

4. Eliminate temptations, exercise more, and avoid sitting for long periods of time or riding a bicycle for long periods of time.

5. Eat more vegetables and fruits high in lycopene.
