1: Ingredients: wild rice stem, fresh shrimp, shredded ginger, a few slices of tomato. Salt, starch, a spoonful of oil. Method: Open the back of the shrimp, add a little salt and starch to marinate. Add a spoonful of oil, preheat the frying pan for five minutes, then add the shrimp, 200 degrees, 6 minutes. If you don't have a frying pan, you can use deep-frying or blanching.
