1. Select famous and high-quality products

When consumers purchase liquor products, they should first choose national famous and high-quality products produced by large and medium-sized enterprises. The national supervision and random inspection of product quality found that famous and high-quality liquors are of high quality, with excellent sensory quality and physical and chemical indicators, and low-alcohol products can also maintain their inherent unique style. However, the quality of medium and low-grade ordinary liquors produced by small enterprises varies. Some crudely made, low-grade liquors simply made with alcohol and flavors are sold under the names of "XX Daqu" and "XX Laojiao". Substandard products mainly come from these companies' products.

2. Look at the label

Consumers are advised not to buy liquor products without production date, factory name and address. This is because these products may not meet hygiene requirements during the process of purchasing raw materials, production and processing, transportation and sales, resulting in excessive amounts of toxic and harmful substances in the liquor products, such as methanol and alcohol oil. Drinking such products can cause acute and chronic poisoning and endanger human health.

Liquor products are not "better with age". Low-alcohol liquor (usually refers to products with an alcohol content of less than 40°) is the mainstream of my country's current liquor products. Therefore, when buying low-alcohol liquor, consumers should choose liquor products that are less than two years old.
