How to treat numb fingers? These small movements are effective!

Finger numbness is related to many factors. For example, living in a cold and humid environment for a long time can easily cause such symptoms. Or suffering from diseases such as rheumatism can also easily cause finger numbness. So, how should finger numbness be treated? The following methods are very effective.

Solutions to numb fingers:

Reduce the frequency of finger movements, avoid contact with cold water to prevent your fingers from getting cold, and frequently soak your hands in hot water to promote peripheral nerve circulation.

Do more cervical massage and exercise (it has a good effect on the numbness of your fingers)

It should be noted that when doing cervical spine exercises, the speed must not be too fast or too violent, but must be done slowly.

Make the neck bend forward, tilt backward, or turn left or right (for example, when turning left or right, look to the left and back, pause, turn back, and then turn right)

Shoulder Exercises:

1. Bend the elbow and shake the hand. The patient stands with his back against the wall, or lies on his back on the bed, with the upper arm close to the body and the elbow bent, using the elbow as a fulcrum to perform external rotation activities.

2. Finger wall crawling: The patient stands facing the wall and slowly crawls up the wall with the fingers of the affected side, raising the upper limb as high as possible. When it reaches the maximum limit, make a mark on the wall, and then slowly return to the original position. Repeat this process to gradually increase the height.

3. Pull the hand behind the body: The patient stands naturally, and with the affected upper limb internally rotated and extended backward, the healthy hand pulls the affected hand or wrist, gradually pulling it toward the healthy side and upward.

4. Stand with arms extended. Let the patient's upper limbs hang naturally, straighten both arms, slowly abduct with palms facing downward, and lift them upward with force. After reaching the maximum limit, stop for 10 minutes, then return to the original position, and repeat.
