Qigong for male enhancement: mind and breath follow the Dantian trend method: When you reach the point in the first step where you feel your heart warm up with every exhalation, you can follow your mind and breath, and extend the downward movement as you exhale, slowly and naturally moving toward your lower abdomen (Dantian). Don't rush it, as using too much force may cause discomfort. time: Follow this method 3 times a day, 25-35 minutes each time, and you will be able to sink your Qi into Dantian in 10 days. Response: Every time I exhale, I feel a warm current flowing into my Dantian, my lower abdomen sometimes makes a sound, my intestinal motility increases, and I experience more flatulence. This is because the true Qi is transported to my lower abdomen, my intestinal function changes, and the evil Qi is driven away. Effect: Since the true Qi has passed through the stomach area, the spleen and stomach functions have improved. After the true Qi sinks into the Dantian, the surrounding organs (such as large and small intestines, bladder, kidneys, etc.) gradually undergo physiological changes.
