Walking posture is very important to everyone, because if the posture is not good, it may affect others' impression of you, especially men, who must walk with their heads held high and their chests held high to show their masculinity. However, some men walk with their feet turned outward. How can this be corrected?

How can men correct their outward-facing toes?

1. Look straight ahead with your eyes, head slightly raised, neck straight, chest naturally raised, waist straight, abdomen tucked in, buttocks slightly protruding backwards, and the focus of walking should be on the inner side of the metatarsophalangeal joint.

2. Draw two straight lines on the ground. The distance between the two straight lines forms a horizontal fist. Both the heels and toes should be on the straight lines. The steps should be from small to large and from slow to fast.

3. Sit with your legs straight, support your body with your hands, hold a soft object (such as a small ball) between your knees, and tie your ankle joints with a rubber band. Practice for 5 minutes, requiring your calves to hold the object with force.

4. Run along a straight line, making sure every footprint falls on the track or is parallel to the straight line.

5. If you have pigeon-toed feet, you can often use the inner side of your feet to kick the keys, alternating between your feet.

6. Lie on your side on the bed or mat, bend your left knee, make your calf and thigh form a 90-degree angle, and bring your feet behind you. Touch the ground with your right toes. Bend your left arm and place it under your head. Bend your right elbow, make your upper and lower arm form a 90-degree angle, place your palm on the ground, and press your waist down.

7. Stand up with your legs together and straight, place a book or newspaper between your legs, and clamp your knees tightly to hold the book. Do this 3-5 times a day, each time for about 15 minutes.
