How to remove dead skin from your feet? Four tips to help you solve it!

Many men have dead skin on their feet, which is a normal phenomenon. Dead skin is mostly caused by fungal infection of the feet, and it can also be caused by incorrect walking posture. When dead skin appears on a large area of the feet, some people are accustomed to tearing it off with their hands or grinding it with stones, which will only have the opposite effect. So, how to remove dead skin on the feet?

Warm water foot bath

Generally speaking, it is easier to solve the problem when the acne has just grown. You can soak your feet in warm water to allow the stratum corneum to absorb moisture and become soft and white, and then gently rub it off with a light and porous pumice stone.

Mugwort and safflower foot bath

Take 500g of mugwort and 100g of safflower. Divide them into 20 portions, take 1 portion per day (add 100g of vinegar, 20 peppercorns, 2 spoons of salt), wrap them in gauze, add water and boil - use enough water to cover your ankles, soak your feet while it's hot for 15-30 minutes.

Apple Vinegar Bread for Old Cooter

Soak half a piece of bread in apple cider vinegar, tape it to the area of your foot that needs treatment, wrap it in plastic wrap, and put on a cotton sock. The next morning, you will find that the corns and old welts are gone.

Use green onions to remove old cocoons

Use fresh green onions, while they are just peeled and still sticky and spicy, to apply to the affected area, and cover with tape to prevent it from falling off. You can apply it every night after washing your feet and put it inside your socks. When you wash your feet again the next day, if the tape has not fallen off, there is no need to change it. If the tape falls off on the third day, replace it with a new green onion. Do this three or four times and you will be able to remove the old rot.
