Why do men have testicular pain?

Testicles are very important for men because they are the organs that produce and store sperm. If you want to have a strong sexual ability and higher sperm quality, you must keep your testicles healthy. However, there are many men who suffer from testicular damage in life. So the question is, why do men sometimes feel sore in their testicles?

Generally speaking, the causes of testicular pain are as follows:

1. Intense sexual intercourse: First of all, we need to consider whether the sexual intercourse is too intense or violent, which leads to strong contraction of the levator testis muscle, causing the testicles with too long frenulum to twist and cause severe testicular pain.

2. Testicular injury: Testicular injury and local swelling and congestion can also cause testicular pain after sexual intercourse.

3. Testicular torsion: Testicular torsion is one of the common acute diseases in the scrotum. 65% of cases occur in 12-19 years old. Generally, there is vigorous activity a few hours before the onset of the disease, or the testicles have been subjected to external force. Severe testicular pain occurs suddenly when sleeping or resting.

4. Orchitis: In addition to bloodstream infection, the more common cause of orchitis is that bacteria retrograde through the urethra to the epididymis and testicles, causing epididymitis and orchitis. Clinically, swelling of the epididymis and testicles and testicular pain can be seen.

Testicular bloating is a painful symptom of testicular tissue caused by inflammation and injury of the male reproductive system and its local area. Testicular bloating can be divided into acute persistent pain and chronic recurrent pain. Acute persistent pain is more common in orchitis and injury. There are many causes of testicular pain, but the main ones are testicular torsion, testicular injury, orchitis, and testicular ischemic pain. For patients with testicular bloating, it is recommended that they go to the hospital for examination, which is conducive to early diagnosis of the disease and symptomatic treatment, so as to avoid delaying treatment over time.
