In the early stage, if erythema, papules, papule-like rash, and blisters are seen, but no erosion or exudation is seen, Shizhen Powder, Ermiao Powder, Liuyi Powder, etc. can be used for external application, or Sanhuang Lotion or Luganshi Lotion can be used for external application.

Western medicine treatment for eczema

(1) General treatment:

①Try to find the cause of the disease as much as possible, isolate the allergen, and avoid further stimulation. Remove the lesions and treat chronic diseases such as indigestion, intestinal parasites, diabetes, mental and neurological disorders, calf varicose veins, etc.

② Pay attention to skin hygiene, do not use hot water or soap to clean skin lesions, and do not use irritating anti-itching drugs.

③ Avoid alcohol, spicy and irritating foods, fish and shrimp and other foods that are easy to cause allergies and difficult to digest, and pay attention to the relationship between diet and disease.

④ Combine work and rest to avoid excessive fatigue and excessive mental stress.

(2) Systemic therapy:

② Treatment of non-specific desensitization: Acute or subacute eczema can be treated with 10% calcium gluconate 10ml or 10% sodium thiosulfate 10ml intravenous injection once a day; or 0.25% procaine 20ml plus vitamin C 1-2g intravenous injection once a day.

③ Glucocorticoids: their use is generally not recommended. For patients with significant and widespread inflammation in the acute phase, short-term use may be considered, such as prednisone 20-40 mg/d. After the effect is seen, the dosage may be reduced or even discontinued as appropriate.
