Other Notes

Eat more fresh fruits, vegetables and foods high in crude fiber; do more squatting, supine and hip flexion exercises, and massage the abdomen regularly to keep bowel movements smooth. Use suppositories or low-pressure enema when necessary. Do anal contraction exercises frequently to exercise the function of the bladder sphincter and prevent prostate congestion.

Warm reminder: After the operation, when you return home to recuperate, the patient must pay attention to abstinence. Male patients cannot have sex with their wives for at least three months. If you continue to work, do not force yourself to do some heavy physical work at work, and do not always sit in a chair without exercise.
