Homemade recipe: How to cook delicious and crispy amaranth stems

1. For old amaranth, remove the leaves and leave the stems.

Note: 1. No need to add salt when steaming. 2. Do not eat too much pickled food.

3. Put oil in the pot, add a few dried red peppers if you like spicy food, add the amaranth stems and stir-fry until they change color, then add the crispy skin;

4. Add salt and chicken essence before serving
