Sweet and crispy, teach you how to make fried banana chips

Banana is one of the fruits that people like to eat. Even in the cold winter, people can eat fresh bananas, but the price is slightly higher than in other seasons. In clinical practice, some doctors recommend eating bananas as an auxiliary treatment for constipation, and the effect is relatively ideal. So, how to make fried banana chips in daily life?

raw material:

500g banana

Seasoning:

100g peanut oil, 150g sugar, 15g lemon juice

Cooking method:

Peel the bananas and cut them into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice and marinate for a while; put sugar and appropriate amount of water into a pot and mix well, simmer over low heat until it becomes a thick paste and keep warm to make syrup; set aside. Heat the frying pan and pour in peanut oil. When the oil temperature is 50% hot, put in the banana slices and fry until they are colored, remove them from the pan and drain the oil, put them on a plate (do not stack them), pour hot syrup on them, and serve with a cup of cold boiled water. Dip them in before eating.

(1) Material selection:

Bananas used to make banana chips must be fully ripe, free of pests and rotten, washed, peeled, and cut into 0.5-1 cm thin slices.

(2) Ingredients:

10 parts banana, 1 part milk powder, 5 parts water.

(3) Production:

First, mix the milk powder with water, pour it into the banana slices, and stir thoroughly so that all the banana slices can be covered with milk powder. Put the stirred banana slices into the dryer and heat them to 80-100℃ to dehydrate them. When the banana slices contain 16%-18% water, they can be taken out of the container. In order to facilitate taking them out of the heated container, some vegetable oil can be applied to the bottom of the container before loading.

(4) Deep frying:

The baked banana slices are then deep fried in 130-150℃ vegetable oil until they turn brown. When they come out of the pan, they become crispy and fragrant.
