Ingredients: Oysters, salt, pepper, white wine, butter, minced garlic and onion, cheese

Steps:

1. Use a screwdriver to crack the oyster shells, scoop out the meat, wash with water, wipe dry and set aside;

2. Marinate the oysters with a little salt, pepper and white wine for 10 minutes;

3. Melt the butter, sauté the minced garlic and onion, add salt and pepper to taste, and spread the butter and garlic sauce evenly on the oysters;

4. Cut the cheese into shreds and spread evenly on the oysters;

5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees 400F, put the oysters in, and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese changes color.

Ingredients: 1 fish bone, 2 pieces of tofu, some oyster meat, 1/2 tablespoon starch, 1/4 tablespoon white pepper, 1/3 tablespoon sesame oil, some salt, 1 scallion, 1 coriander

Steps:

1. Wash the fish bones, put them into a pot, add water, green onions, ginger and rice wine, simmer for 1 hour, and remove the residue;
