Pork liver 250g

Ingredients:

25g garlic, 50g ginger, some chopped green onion

Seasoning:

Cooking wine, sugar, vinegar, flour, sesame oil, soy sauce in appropriate amounts

practice:

1. Wash the pig liver and cut it into slices. Put it in a bowl, add soy sauce to color it, then add flour and mix well.

2. Peel the garlic and wash it
