2. Put 50g of oil in a wok and heat until it is 60% hot. Add the pork liver and stir it with a spoon. When it changes color, pour the oil into a colander.

3. Leave a little oil in the original pot and put it back on the heat. Add the scallion slices and wild rice stem slices and stir-fry. Add Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, MSG, sugar, and water starch to thicken. Add the pork liver and drizzle with sesame oil and vinegar. Stir-fry evenly and serve.
