Male infertility and female infertility are combined and are called infertility. Although it is not very common, it may bring endless troubles once it occurs. 1. Treatment of tubal infertility

Different treatment plans are selected according to the location and degree of fallopian tube obstruction. For tubal adhesion blockage, pelvic adhesion lysis and tubal umbrella formation can be performed; for simple tubal septal blockage after tubal ligation, tubal end-to-end anastomosis can be considered; for IVF, when the above surgical and non-surgical treatments are ineffective, they should be used as soon as possible to avoid missing the best childbearing period for women.

It is mainly used to treat ovulatory infertility and/or combined with intrauterine artificial insemination technology.

4. Treatment of unexplained infertility

There is no research data on the long-term prognosis of the natural course of unexplained infertility with expectant treatment, and existing studies are mostly short-term observations. For the treatment of unexplained infertility, the natural pregnancy of unexplained infertility depends largely on the woman's age, duration of infertility and previous pregnancy history. Therefore, the treatment steps of unexplained infertility can be summarized as a "three-step process": ovulation induction, intrauterine artificial insemination, and in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer.
