If the patient has urinary tract irritation and conventional antibacterial treatment is ineffective, and there are no complicated factors, mycoplasma, chlamydia or viral infection should be considered, and tetracycline can be used first. If there is resistance to tetracycline, erythromycin, methyl erythromycin or roxithromycin can be used instead.
