Preparation method of ginseng wolfberry wine

Ingredients preparation: 3 grams of ginseng, 35 grams of wolfberry, 10 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa, 40 grams of rock sugar, and 1000 grams of white wine.

Production steps:

1. Remove the ginseng head, soften it with a damp cloth, and slice it; remove impurities from wolfberry and Rehmannia glutinosa, wash them, put them into a gauze bag, and tie the bag tightly.

2. Put the rock sugar into a pot, heat it with appropriate amount of water until it boils, and simmer until it turns yellow. Use gauze to filter out the residue while it is still hot.

3. Pour the liquor into the wine jar, put the medicine bag into the liquor, cover it tightly, stir it once a day, and soak it for 10 to 15 days.

4. Soak until the ginseng and wolfberry have a light color and taste, filter out the sediment with a fine cloth, add rock sugar and mix well, then let it stand and filter until it is clarified.
