2. Trichomonas balanoposthitis

Caused by Trichomonas (a type of fungus), it can be primary or secondary. Secondary vaginitis usually occurs in patients with diabetes or after long-term use of antibiotics or corticosteroids. The disease can be transmitted through sexual intercourse, and the patient's immediate family members may have trichomonal vaginitis. The skin lesions are mainly erythematous, with a smooth surface and slightly flaky edges. There are papules or papulorum around the erythema. Sometimes it is erosive, and a milky white, spotted, cheese-like secretion adheres to the surface. It has a strong odor and itches. The secretion is sampled for fungal microscopy and molded, and trichomonas can be seen.

3. Fungal glansitis

Fungal glansitis is more common in young people between the ages of 20 and 50. Because young people have active sebaceous gland metabolism, moist vulva, and wear thick underwear or lack of cleanliness of the vulva, it is easy for fungi scattered in the air or parasitic here to take root and germinate, causing harm and possibly spreading to relatives. Many young women often wash their vaginas due to changes in their own physical constitution, or taking antibiotics and other drugs, or being too clean, which causes changes in the acidic and alkaline environment of the female vagina, and the normal mutual restraint of the internal parasitic bacteria is unbalanced. The bacteria (fungi) parasitic here take advantage of the opportunity to enter, causing inflammation of the patient's private parts and vulva. After sexual intercourse, it is very likely to be spread to relatives, causing fungal glansitis.

4. Candidal glansitis

In male patients with urethral trichomonas, there is a history of sexual intercourse with women with trichomonas. Candidal glansitis is as usual with mild symptoms, or even asymptomatic. The clinical key to candidal glansitis is abnormal itching and discomfort at the urethral opening. It is aggravated by frequent urination.
