(IV) Liver and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome Clinical manifestations: scrotal and testicular swelling and discomfort, occasional dull pain, blue veins on the scrotum exposed, resembling an earthworm, accompanied by dizziness, soreness of the waist and knees, insomnia, impotence, infertility, pale tongue with white coating, and deep, weak pulse.
