What are the main symptoms of male eczema?

Method/Process

Male early acute eczema is more common around the genitals and anus, mostly in the foreskin, frenulum, coronal sulcus, glans penis, urethral opening, genitals, anus, duodenum and scrotum. Initially, it is a small red papule, which gradually expands and increases, spreading alone or in groups, moist and soft, with an uneven surface, like the shape of cauliflower. Acute eczema is very harmful to our health; if it is not treated in time, it may develop into a disease. It is necessary to go to a reliable hospital for outpatient examination, diagnose the condition, and choose the appropriate method for treatment.

There will be a pedicle at the root, and exudate will appear when it is scratched, which is easy to bleed. Pus-like secretions will accumulate in the gaps between the skin injuries. This produces a foul smell. In addition, if you scratch after itching occurs, secondary infection will occur. Because of the continuous exposure to local moisture and chronic irritation, the skin will grow rapidly. Although the patient himself does not feel any symptoms, some patients will experience pain and may even develop into squamous cancer.

The patient will have typical skin lesions as bright red fleshy bumps around the genitals or anus, and other appearances such as thrush-like and papillary-like microorganisms; the surface will have rough keratin hardening. The acetic acid white test shows a positive result, and the biological test can see an erosive pattern, with bright red and dark brown in the middle; the surrounding area shows symptoms of gradually decreasing color. This disease is serious, and most patients are spread through sexual intercourse, resulting in symptoms such as flocculent and papilloma-like manifestations. This type of lesion may also appear in other parts of the body, such as between the toes, mouth, armpits, etc. Male patients with long foreskin and chronic gonorrhea are prone to acute eczema.
