Four major symptoms of ejaculation disorders, see if you are among them

In normal married life, the key to whether a man is satisfied is orgasm ejaculation. However, some men cannot achieve the desired result no matter how hard they try. They either ejaculate too quickly or cannot ejaculate at all. What is going on? In fact, these manifestations of men are symptoms of ejaculation disorders.

1. Premature ejaculation

Premature ejaculation refers to the occurrence of ejaculation before the penis enters the vagina, or the time of entering the vagina is too short, and the woman has not yet reached orgasm, and ejaculation occurs early, resulting in sexual disharmony. The diagnostic criteria for premature ejaculation are whether the woman is satisfied. The types are divided into organic (mainly caused by diseases such as prostatitis) and non-organic (psychological, habitual, and premature ejaculation caused by normal reasons such as foreskin being too long).

2. No ejaculation

Anejaculation syndrome, also known as ejaculation inability, refers to normal sexual desire, normal penis erection, the ability to maintain erection and sexual intercourse in the vagina for a period of time, even a very long time, but no orgasm and inability to ejaculate.

3. Retrograde ejaculation

Retrograde ejaculation is complete or sometimes partial antegrade ejaculation with no semen due to the passage of semen through the bladder neck into the bladder. In addition to the paralysis, the patient still has normal or slightly reduced orgasmic sensation. The partial antegrade ejaculation of fluid must be distinguished from the secretions of the bulbourethral glands.

4. Weak ejaculation

Weak ejaculation is also known as partial incomplete ejaculation. It is characterized by normal ejaculation but abnormal ejaculation phase. The patient's orgasm sensation is reduced, and the rhythmic contraction during ejaculation disappears, but in patients with weak ejaculation due to urethral obstruction, this contraction still exists. Weak ejaculation is usually caused by neurological or urethral lesions and generally does not affect sperm quality.
