Causes

The cause of the disease is unknown, but the presence of the retropubic space and retrovesical space is the anatomical basis of this disease. Most supravesical internal hernias are due to long-standing weak areas in the human body, which become thinner with age, trauma or surgical incisions. Lifting heavy objects or doing heavy physical work can aggravate the severity of the hernia. Pressure is applied to the abdomen when urinating.

Differential diagnosis

When lower abdominal pain and bladder irritation symptoms occur clinically, it should be distinguished from urinary stones and urinary tract infection. Urinary tract stones usually cause obvious waist pain, and the pain is radiating, which can cause pain in the perineum and testicles on the same side, and sometimes accompanied by hematuria, vomiting, and diarrhea. Urinary tract infection is usually characterized by frequent urination, urgency, pain, and burning sensation when urinating, which can be confirmed by routine urine examination.
