Some patients may experience discomfort in the vagina

The discomfort often spreads to the perineum and groin on the same side, as well as the waist. Testicular pain is not necessarily caused by varicocele

It is true that varicocele can cause testicular pain in men. However, testicular pain in men is not necessarily entirely caused by varicocele. There are many other reasons: acute pain is more common in orchitis and injury. In addition to blood infection, it is more common for bacteria to retrograde through the urethra to the epididymis and testicles, causing epididymitis and orchitis. Clinically, epididymis and testicle swelling and pain can be seen. Testicular injury has a history of trauma and local swelling and congestion. Chronic pain is mild and lasts for a long time. The pain is mild, generalized, and has radiating pain, so it is not easy to judge the exact location of the inflammation. Testicular pain is not necessarily proportional to the severity of inflammation.
