What are the causes of abdominal pain in boys?

1. Prostatitis: It is the most common disease causing lower abdominal pain in men. It is more common among young people. When the disease occurs, the lower abdominal pain is common.

Frequent urination at night, frequent and urgent urination, inability to hold urine, painful urination, etc.

2. Lower abdominal pain may be caused by ureteritis or ureteral stones. Lower abdominal pain is often accompanied by pain beside the lumbar spine or soreness in the waist.

3. Acute appendicitis: Also known as appendicitis, it can occur in people of all ages, but is more common between the ages of 20 and 40.

4. Acute cholecystitis: The pain usually occurs after meals or late at night, in the right upper abdomen or epigastric region. Sometimes the pain spreads to the right shoulder or scapula, and is accompanied by fever, vomiting, jaundice, etc.

5. Subacute pancreatitis: Common symptoms include severe and persistent upper abdominal or left upper abdominal pain (sometimes the pain spreads to the back), nausea and vomiting, and fever. The pain will be slightly relieved when the body bends forward.
