If necessary, 5a reductase inhibitors can be used: 1 tablet of Proscar 5 mg per day, or 5 mg of Aprelet 5 mg twice a day, and a course of treatment lasts 1 to 3 months.

2. Surgical treatment is suitable for patients with large cysts, complicated by stones, obvious symptoms and difficult to cure. The methods include cystectomy or spermatocystectomy on the affected side, suprapubic marsupial suture, and transurethral cystectomy.

3. Cyst puncture and injection of anhydrous alcohol or tetracycline solution can shrink the cyst.

4. Transurethral surgery should be performed for patients with ejaculatory duct stenosis or closure causing seminal vesicle cysts. Low sperm motility can cause male infertility. Prostate calcification, prostate cysts, and ejaculatory duct cysts can all cause low sperm motility. In addition, there are also diseases such as seminal vesiculitis and orchitis.

What should we do about ejaculatory duct cysts? After understanding it, you can choose the treatment method according to your actual situation. People with more serious symptoms need to see a doctor in time and undergo surgery. People with milder symptoms can be treated with medication and go to the hospital for regular checkups.
