Don’t go more than three days between workouts

When doing muscle training, you need to rest. After 2-3 days, if there is no exercise stimulation, the effect of the previous period of exercise will gradually fade. If the muscles are not given sufficient time to replenish nutrients, they cannot grow stronger than before. However, the coach reminds that the rest time cannot be too long. This rest time is calculated based on the muscle's ability to exercise again, which generally takes 2-3 days.
