7. Stand-still squat

Stand with your feet slightly wider than your shoulders, chest up, waist and abdomen tight, raise your hands straight out in front of you when squatting, hold for 1 to 2 seconds at the lowest point, do 20 in each set, and do 3 sets in total.

Note:

The same muscle must be trained at a high intensity after a gap of more than 3 days (except abdominal muscles). So in my experience, it is a four-day cycle.
