Acute prostatitis will heal on its own

Acute prostatitis will heal on its own

The male prostate is the largest sex hormone in the male reproductive organ. The semen it metabolizes is a key component of semen. Like other internal organs of the human body, the male prostate can also get sick, the most common of which is chronic prostatitis. Clinically, 25% to 50% of men have been troubled by this disease.

Prostatitis is not a very terrible disease. It will neither seriously endanger personal safety nor seriously affect body functions.

The andrologist said that the treatment of prostatitis should be based on the detailed analysis of the patient. Prostatitis without symptoms does not need to be treated. Some patients can be cured through conditioning without medication or surgery. For example, some patients gave up their bad lifestyles such as staying up late and drinking alcohol, and after a period of time, prostatitis was cured without medication.

1. Subacute bacterial prostatitis

The disease occurs suddenly, with chills and high fever, frequent urination, urgency, inability to hold urine, and pain during urination. It may cause difficulty in urination or urine retention. In clinical medicine, it is usually secondary acute cystitis. The prostate is swollen, tender, and the temperature rises locally. The surface is smooth, and if a cyst is formed, it has a round or wavy feeling.

Diffuse bacterial infection prostatitis

Frequent urination, urgency, inability to hold urine, pain during urination, discomfort or burning sensation at the urethral opening during urination. White discharge often appears from the urethral opening after urination and defecation. The male prostate is round, enlarged, soft, and slightly painful. In the elderly, the male prostate becomes smaller, hardened, and has an unclear surface with small lumps.

Diffuse nonbacterial prostatitis

The clinical symptoms are similar to those of chronic bacterial prostatitis, but there is no history of recurrent urinary tract infections. The main symptoms are urethral irritation and dysuria, especially the main manifestations of chronic pelvic pain syndrome. Chlamydia and mycoplasma can be found in the semen of some patients.

Daily care for men's prostate to prevent inflammation

Avoid sitting for long periods of time, staying up late, and arrange your sexual life scientifically. Avoid spicy food and diet, especially alcohol. If you cannot hold your urine, urinate immediately.
