1. Chest muscles

It is recommended to do 15 in each set, repeat 2 sets, and as your strength increases, you can do 20 in each set, and persist in 3 sets. 2. 2. Biceps

If you want to develop biceps, you only need to use dumbbells and do simple repetitive exercises. At the beginning, it is not recommended to use dumbbells that are too heavy, because it is easy to strain the muscles. As the training progresses, you can increase the weight of the dumbbells. At the beginning, do 30 reps per set, repeat three sets. Later, as the strength increases, you can do 50 reps per set, repeat four sets. Be sure to rest when you are tired to avoid straining the muscles.

3. There are many ways to train abdominal muscles. Here are two of the most effective methods: 1. Crunches

Lie flat on the mat with your hands flat on both sides of your body. Curl up your upper body and raise your feet at the same time to stretch your abdomen to train your abdominal muscles. It is recommended to do 15 reps per set and repeat 3 sets. 2. Sit-ups: Bend your legs, place your feet flat on the mat, and place your hands behind your ears. When exercising, do not rely on your waist strength to pull up your upper body, as this will cause great damage to your waist. It is recommended to do 20 reps per set and repeat 3 sets.

If you want to make your muscles more developed and make yourself more manly, then you can do the above exercises. However, you should be careful not to rush for success when exercising, but to proceed step by step. You can start with a small amount of exercise, and then gradually increase the amount of exercise after you adapt to it, so as not to cause physical injury by doing a large amount of exercise at the beginning.
