What causes breast pain in men?

Boys whose liver function is damaged due to long-term hunger and malnutrition are also prone to breast development; patients with chronic nephritis, hyperthyroidism, and long-term use of drugs such as spironolactone and isoniazid are also easily troubled by breast development.
