What causes itchy and peeling scrotum?

In daily life, male friends will have some sexual organ diseases, that is, male diseases. Male friends with such diseases are generally more ashamed to talk about them. After they are sick, they don’t go to the hospital for treatment in time, and always endure it by themselves. Sometimes there will be some scrotal chafing, which is also very common. What is going on?

Scrotal eczema is the most common skin disease on the scrotum and is an allergic reaction. The causes of scrotal eczema are complex, with both internal and external factors. People with allergic constitutions, long-term mental tension, and mood swings are prone to this disease; in addition, people with certain diseases, such as chronic digestive system diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, endocrine disorders, and metabolic disorders, are also prone to this disease under the influence of external factors.

External factors include: 1. A humid living and working environment, high air humidity; 2. External stimulation, cold or hot, sweating, excessive scratching, etc.; 3. Tight underwear, or friction from foreign objects, wearing synthetic underwear can induce scrotal eczema. The main clinical symptoms are: itching, which gradually worsens with the progression of the disease. Scratching cannot relieve the itching, and severe cases affect sleep and work.

Symptoms of the rash include the following: (1) Small papules, rashes and small blisters: Densely distributed millet-sized papules or small blisters can be found in the scrotum, with a flushed base. (2) Exudate and erosion surface: Due to scratching caused by itching, papules, papules, blisters and other skin lesions are scratched, and serous fluid constantly oozes out, often soaking the underwear and forming erosion surface. The course of the disease is long, and repeated attacks make the skin thick, rough and pigmented.

Male friends can first compare and judge the symptoms in the above article. If necessary, it is best to go to the hospital for treatment in time. During the treatment process, daily conditioning is also very important. During this time, you must pay attention to cleaning, wash frequently, and do not eat spicy food.
