1. Genital herpes

After rupturing, erosions and ulcers are formed, which are painful and finally heal with scabs. The entire course of the disease can last about 20 days. Recurrent genital herpes occurs within 1-4 months after the primary attack. Recurrences often occur in the vulva, vagina, cervix and glans penis. The systemic symptoms are milder than the primary attack, and the course of each attack is also shorter. Usually, the skin lesions disappear in about 10 days.

2. Scrotal eczema

Scrotal eczema is a common type of eczema. It is a stubborn disease that is difficult to cure completely, so prevention is still the key. In daily life, we should pay attention to the comfort of underwear, not wear tight and non-breathable underwear, do not let your scrotum stay in a relatively humid environment for a long time, and pay attention to dryness. After suffering from scrotal eczema, you should actively treat it to avoid scratching due to itching, which may lead to more serious infection. Do not take medicine for scrotal eczema by yourself, but go to the hospital to cooperate with the doctor's diagnosis and treatment.

3. Balanitis

As the name suggests, it is caused by infection of the foreskin and glans. To prevent this disease, you should keep the foreskin and glans clean and dry, and pay attention to the breathability and looseness of your underwear, not too tight. In addition, for the case of excessive foreskin, we should take a proactive approach. We can reduce the length of the foreskin by cutting it, so as to avoid the foreskin being too long and causing more dirt to hide inside, which will eventually lead to infection.

You should go to the dermatology and venereology department of a regular hospital for treatment in time, undergo a series of viral tests, and receive timely treatment after a clear diagnosis. You can apply local anti-inflammatory ointment and inject interferon at the same time. During the treatment period, you should abstain from sexual intercourse, masturbation, and spicy food.
