What are the symptoms of hard particles under the penis skin?

Many male friends will find some hard small particles under the skin of the penis. This is most likely caused by penile pearly rash. The color of the lesions is mostly pearly white, a few are light red or skin-colored, and some may appear mildly red and swollen. Histopathological examination

Histopathological examination of penile pearly papules showed hyperkeratosis, mild to moderate hyperplasia of the epidermis, normal basal layer, slight hyperplasia and density of collagen fibers in the dermis, varying degrees of hyperplasia and dilation of dermal papillary capillaries, a small amount of lymphocyte infiltration around them, and no pit cells.

Key points for differential diagnosis

The key point in differentiating and diagnosing penile pearly papules and condylar warts is that in the former, the lesions are limited to the edge of the glans, the number of lesions is larger, they are pearly milky white papules with a smooth surface, the lesions do not increase in size as the course of the disease prolongs, and the acetic acid test is negative; while in the latter, the lesions are not limited to the edge of the glans, they are mostly single and scattered, the lesions are larger, the surface is not smooth, and they are mostly cauliflower-shaped, they gradually increase in size as the course of the disease prolongs, the acetic acid test is positive, and concave cells are found in histopathological examination.

Although there is no obvious discomfort in the early stages of penile pearly rash, it is best to treat it as soon as possible to avoid any adverse effects on men's health due to long-term delay. Severe penile pearly rash may even affect men's sexual function, thereby causing certain damage to men's self-confidence.
