What causes urinary tract itching in men?

Some women are often troubled by gynecological diseases, so they often envy their male friends who don't have such secrets. In fact, men look so strong and majestic, but sometimes they are also very fragile, and they also have some secrets and are troubled by some diseases. For example, some male friends often feel itchy in the urinary tract and are embarrassed to see a doctor. So what's going on?

There are two situations: First, if there is a history of skin-to-skin contact, dysuria, accompanied by urethral itching, and discharge from the urethral opening, it means infection with Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Second, if there is no history of skin-to-skin contact and the above symptoms appear, it may be urethritis.

First, the main symptom of acute urethritis in men is urethral discharge, which starts as mucus and gradually becomes purulent. Urine examination shows pus cells and red blood cells. There is burning pain in the urethra during urination, frequent urination, urgency, and severe urethral spasm.

Second, the main pathogens of urethritis are E. coli, Streptococcus and Staphylococcus, and there are often mixed infections. Urethritis bacteria are often not detected by conventional methods. Most cases are caused by intercourse and infection, but women can also transmit their infection to others even without intercourse.

Third, in chronic urethritis, urethral secretions gradually decrease, or only in the first urination in the morning, a small amount of slurry can be seen in the urethra. If acute urethritis is not properly treated, it may be complicated by paraphyseal swelling and perforation, and the penis skin may become urethral fistula. The urination irritation symptoms are obvious in the acute stage, and some patients may have no symptoms.

Fourth, urethral obstruction. Inflammation of adjacent organs spreading to the urethra can also cause urethral itching, urethral stenosis, foreskin, posterior urethral valve, urethral foreign body, tumor or stone, prostatitis, etc.

When men have urinary tract itching, they may have urethritis. Although this disease occurs in the private parts, you should not be afraid to see a doctor. You must see a doctor in time to avoid the disease from getting worse and becoming difficult to treat. The current treatment, whether it is traditional Chinese medicine or Western medicine, uses sterilization methods to treat it, and the effect is quite good.
