The prostate is an important gland tissue in men. If there is a problem with the prostate, it will cause male infertility and other conditions. This question shows that the patient does not know much about the prostate. In fact, the prostate does not have any odor. It secretes colorless and transparent liquid. The source of odor is mostly reproductive system infection or bad eating habits of men, such as drinking too little water to cause concentrated urine. In addition, it is easy to have odor if the foreskin is too long. 1. Weak urination: This is also caused by the loss of compensatory ability of the bladder detrusor muscle when the prostate is diseased. When urinating, the urine cannot be discharged immediately, but needs to wait for a period of time and gradually exert force before the urine can be discharged. It can also be manifested as prolonged urination time, shorter range, thinner urine stream, etc. 2. Urinary incontinence: When the sphincter loses its control ability, urine flows out involuntarily at any time, which is called urinary incontinence. The difference from other urinary incontinence is that this type of patient still has a large amount of residual urine in the bladder while suffering from urinary incontinence. 3. Urinary tract irritation: This is caused by inflammation of the bladder triangle or cystitis combined with prostatitis. It manifests as burning and stinging sensation in the urethra, frequent urination, and urgent urination. At the end of urination, the bladder neck contracts violently, which can cause pain. 4. Urinary dripping: This is due to the pressure on the bladder neck and prostatic urethra, which increases the resistance to urination. During or at the end of urination, urine cannot flow in a continuous line but in a dripping state. Sometimes, even if you hold your breath and increase abdominal pressure, you still cannot make the urine flow in a line. 5. Perineal pain: The perineum may feel uncomfortable, heavy, swollen, or tingling or severe pain. The pain may radiate to the lower back, penis, upper pubic area, and inner thigh. The pain may worsen during bowel movements or cause pain in the rectum, which is mainly caused by prostatitis stimulating the nerves in the pelvic cavity. 6. White discharge from the urethra: often seen in inflammatory diseases of the prostate. The above introduces some symptoms that may occur if the prostate is diseased. If the prostate is diseased, it will have a great impact on the male reproductive health. On the one hand, it can cause a decline in sperm quality and lead to infertility, and it can also cause impotence and premature ejaculation. Therefore, it should be treated in time and attention should be paid to conditioning in life. |
