4. Urinary dripping: This is due to the pressure on the bladder neck and prostatic urethra, which increases the resistance to urination. Sometimes, even if you hold your breath and increase abdominal pressure, you still cannot make the urine flow in a line.

5. Perineal pain: The perineum may feel uncomfortable, heavy, swollen, or tingling or severe pain. The pain may radiate to the lower back, penis, upper pubic area, and inner thigh. The pain may worsen during bowel movements or cause pain in the rectum, which is mainly caused by prostatitis stimulating the nerves in the pelvic cavity.
