Testicular lymphoma is prone to metastasis, and common sites of metastasis/recurrence are the contralateral testis, central nervous system, abdominal lymph nodes, skin, etc. Therefore, during chemotherapy, precautionary intrathecal chemotherapy should be performed.

2. Surgical treatment Because the pathology of testicular tumors is extremely complex, there is no consensus on the treatment methods. However, no matter what type of testicular tumor, orchiectomy should be performed first, and further treatment will be determined based on the results of pathological examination. Radiotherapy for testicular cancer clinical stage I and IIa (the maximum diameter of retroperitoneal metastatic lymph nodes is less than 2cm) can be treated with radiation therapy alone, and stage IIb can be treated with radiation and surgery. 3. Testicular cancer chemotherapy: Combination chemotherapy with DDP as the main treatment for disseminated testicular germ cell carcinoma has a complete remission rate of 80%. Incomplete remission patients should receive rescue chemotherapy, and 30% of patients can still achieve complete remission; 90% of complete remission patients can survive long-term without cancer. If the serum marker level rises again or the residual mass increases, rescue chemotherapy will be performed.
