The incidence of scrotal lymph nodes is getting higher and higher, but some people don’t know when they got the disease, which will definitely delay the later treatment. So, what are the manifestations of scrotal lymph nodes, and how do we know that we are sick? Today, I will tell you about the symptoms of scrotal lymph nodes. I hope that in the future, everyone can seek medical treatment and recover in time when they get sick. Lymph scrotum patients are mostly young men. The scrotum is enlarged and edematous, with a pale surface and slightly thick epidermis. It is soft and moist to the touch. Surgery is required, and the skin and tissue resection of scrotal lesions and scrotoplasty are usually used. Clinical manifestations of lymphocytic scrotum: The scrotum is enlarged and edematous, with a pale surface and slightly thick epidermis. It is soft and moist to the touch. It looks like orange peel, with many small nodules and blisters of varying sizes. It is caused by the expansion of superficial lymphatic vessels and the retention of lymph fluid, i.e., lymphatic, accounting for 75%; sometimes the vesicles are dark red, which is lymphohemorrhagic, accounting for 5%; if chyle leaks from the scrotal lymphatic vessels, the vesicles are milky white or slightly reddish (containing blood), which is chylohemorrhagic, accounting for 20%. After standing for a long time or working, the scrotum swells and hardens, and the lymphatic scrotum becomes soft when lying down or sleeping. The blisters rupture due to friction, scratching, or spontaneous rupture, and edema lymph fluid continuously flows out, forming scrotal lymph fistulas. The amount of fluid can reach 200-300 ml/hour, which can then solidify and form scabs. Microfilariae can be detected in the exudate and the patient's blood. After the ruptured blisters heal with scabs, they may swell and rupture again due to fluid accumulation. This will happen repeatedly, and the clothes and pants will be soaked all year round, seriously affecting the patient's life. Some patients may also have signs of filariasis such as elephantiasis and chyluria. It is often caused by tight underwear, hard fabric, frequent friction, or constant stimulation from chemical detergents and dyes left on the clothes. Or it may be caused by poor hygiene habits, local moisture, emotional instability, etc., which may cause itching of the scrotal skin, but there is no abnormality in appearance. Sometimes edema, erosion, and exudation may occur due to frequent scratching. In summary, scrotal lymph nodes should not be ignored. Therefore, active treatment is necessary after the disease occurs. The treatment methods are mostly lympho-scrotal lesion skin and tissue resection and scrotoplasty. Those who relapse need another surgery. Some people use scrotal subcutaneous lymphatic expansion, superficial abdominal wall venous anastomosis, subcutaneous lymphatic vessels below the groin on both sides, and spermatic vein implantation to achieve certain therapeutic effects. There are many treatment methods, but the patient must cooperate. |
