Right testicle is a little painful

Many male friends often go to the hospital for medical treatment. The key symptom is that the male testicles are painful. Among the male friends who have testicular pain, the right testicle is the most common. So what is the cause of male testicular pain?

Testicular pain can be differentiated according to the intensity of the pain. Generally, it can be divided into subacute testicular pain and chronic testicular pain. Subacute right testicular pain usually causes severe pain, like a knife stabbing, which the patient cannot bear. Chronic right testicular pain is mostly dull pain, which is mild, widespread, and has radioactive substances, and changes over several days.

Subacute testicular pain is common in some sexual organ infections, such as orchitis, twisting and damage of the male testicles. A type of orchitis is the most common cause, leading to epididymitis and orchitis, causing subacute testicular pain symptoms in men. The pain spreads to the outside of the groin, with a significant downward feeling, as well as high fever, nausea, leukocytosis, etc. During examination, the male testicles and epididymal cysts often show different degrees of enlargement and hardening, and the ejaculatory ducts in the same direction may be enlarged and thickened.

Chronic orchitis usually evolves from subacute orchitis. If acute orchitis is not properly treated in the early stage, it is easy to cause chronic orchitis. In addition, chronic testicular pain, such as dull pain, tenderness, intermittent pain, etc., may be caused by other symptoms in the body, which spread outward and affect the testicles, causing right testicular pain. For example, when the epididymal cyst mutates, epididymitis, or epididymal tumor occurs, it often affects the testicles and causes testicular pain. The pain is often manifested as rising pain or falling pain.
