What to do if you sweat and have a wet scrotum during sleep at night

1. Good breathability and loose cotton underwear. To solve the problem of scrotal moisture, first ensure that the scrotal area has a good breathable environment. Loose cotton underwear can better absorb the sweat discharged.

2. Walk more and sit less. If you squat for a long time, a lot of sweat will accumulate not only in the scrotum but also in the buttocks. Therefore, if you have scrotal moisture, you should get up and walk every 40 minutes to 1 hour.

3. Eat less spicy and cold food. Spicy and cold food are extremely stimulating and can promote the sebaceous glands to sweat a lot. Therefore, if boys often have scrotal moisture symptoms, they should eat less spicy and cold food.

Most people regard sweating and wet scrotum during sleep at night as a normal condition, so they do not pay too much attention to it.
