Premonitory signs of sexual intercourse in men

Many diseases develop without people knowing it. If people know the signs of some diseases and actively treat them, they will not let the diseases develop. Sexually transmitted diseases are diseases transmitted through sexual behavior and other means. What are the signs of sexually transmitted diseases? If your sexual partner is unstable, you may get a sexually transmitted disease. The symptoms of early sexually transmitted diseases in men include urethral itching, urethral discharge, etc. Let's learn more about them.

1. Six early symptoms of STDs in men

1. Urethra itching

When men experience this symptom, it is often considered to be non-gonococcal urethritis or the early reaction of gonococcal urethritis.

2. Vulvar ulcer

If the ulcer is round, cartilage-like, painless, and solitary, it is often considered to be chancre (syphilis); if the ulcer is soft, has saw-like edges, is shallow, is painful, and is often accompanied by purulent coating, it is often considered to be chancre; if the ulcer evolves from clustered blisters, is soft and painful, it is often considered to be genital herpes.

3. Vulvar polyps

If multiple infiltrative, grayish white, flat raised papules or nodules are seen on the vulva or perianal area, and they are moist, easy to erode, and accompanied by a foul odor, they are mostly considered to be flat warts; if reddish or grayish brown, cauliflower-shaped or cockscomb-shaped warts with pedicles are seen on the vulva or perianal area, and they are easy to bleed, they are mostly considered to be condyloma acuminatum; if hemispherical papules the size of rice grains are seen on the perianal area or vulva, with an umbilical fossa in the center and a waxy luster on the surface, and cheese-like substances can be squeezed out by prickling the top, it should be considered to be infectious soft warts.

4. Skin rash all over the body

If light red macules or dark red papules appear all over the body, are painless and non-itchy, and may be seen on both the palms and soles, and cuff-like scaling can be seen around the rashes on the palms and soles, it is often considered to be stage II syphilis rash.

5. Urinary discharge

If there is purulent discharge from the urethra, which is thick, large in amount and yellow in color, especially in the morning, it may be acute gonorrhea; if there is transparent, sticky discharge in small amounts from the urethra, it may be non-gonococcal urethritis.

6. Frequent urination, urgency, pain during urination, and redness and swelling of the urethra

If men experience this symptom accompanied by painful nocturnal penile erections, acute gonorrheal urethritis is likely to be the cause.
