You can prepare 75% alcohol or 1:1000 new germination cotton balls or isotonic saline cotton balls, wipe the area around the urethra after urinating, keep the wound dressing clean, or soak the head of the penis in 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution in warm water every day.

5. Take sedatives such as diazepam 2.5 mg before going to bed within 3 to 4 days after the operation to prevent physiological reactions from tearing the wound, causing pain or bleeding. If the wound becomes inflamed and infected and cannot heal for a long time, wet compresses can be applied with a wound-closing prescription, and some anti-inflammatory and swelling drugs can be taken orally at the same time.
