What are the scientific methods to enlarge the penis?

The penis is a male sexual reproductive organ. The size and length of each male's sexual reproductive organ are different. For some men whose sexual reproductive organs are below normal, this situation will have a relatively large impact on their self-esteem and life. Therefore, some men will try every means to increase the length of the penis, but they must choose some scientific methods. So, are there any scientific methods to enlarge the penis?

1. The normal adult penis is 7-9 cm in the flaccid state and about 11-16 cm when erect. If it is less than 5 cm in the flaccid state and less than 10 cm when erect, it is called a short penis. For most men, sexual maturity is at the age of 18, and basic development is almost complete. Currently, the only safe and effective way to treat a short penis is surgical treatment. It is a very technical operation, and it is recommended to choose a regular specialist hospital.

2. From a medical point of view, all surgeries to lengthen the penis involve cutting the superficial suspensory ligaments of the penis, thereby releasing part of the cavernous body of the penis that was originally "buried" under the skin, in order to achieve the purpose of lengthening the penis. Depending on the patient's preference and local conditions, the surgery can be performed through an incision at the root of the penis or the coronal sulcus of the head of the penis. Usually, the static penis length after the surgery can be extended by 2-4cm compared to the preoperative length. Some people have fat accumulation in the mons pubis area due to their slightly larger body weight, which can create the illusion of a short penis visually. This problem can be solved through physical exercise or pubic liposuction.

3. Methods for penis enlargement include abdominal dermal fat flap filling. The operation first removes a portion of fat tissue with dermis from the patient's abdomen, trims it and fills it between the penile skin and the corpus cavernosum to achieve the purpose of thickening. This operation is reliable and effective, and there will be no long-term absorption of the filled tissue and no tissue rejection reaction. But its disadvantages are also obvious. First, the operation takes a long time, requires hospitalization, and the postoperative recovery time is relatively long; second, the operation will cause abdominal scars; third, after the penis is erect, there will be a unique appearance with a fuller front half of the penis and a smaller partner part, causing visual discomfort.
