Can scrotal skin ulcer heal on its own?

Because the male scrotum is in a humid environment for a long time, if you do not pay attention to the hygiene and care of the scrotum, it is easy to cause a series of scrotal diseases. Among them, scrotal eczema is a common scrotal disease. When scrotal eczema occurs, the most obvious symptom is the growth of small rashes or signs of scrotal skin breakage and pus. So can a man's scrotal skin breakage and pus be cured?

1. This is usually caused by bacterial infection. Do not eat spicy food, drink alcohol, or use your hands to clean the wound. It is best to use hydrogen peroxide to clean it, then rinse it with physiological saline, and then consider using iodine to disinfect it. If the area is large, oral medication may be required.

2. Generally, this situation is more common in poor skin hygiene, skin damage and inflammation. You can go to the hospital surgery department for examination, and take debridement and disinfection treatment according to the condition, and then choose anti-inflammatory drugs for treatment. You can do a routine blood test. If there is a bacterial infection, you can use cephalosporin penicillin and other anti-inflammatory drugs for treatment. The specific treatment can be carried out according to the doctor's instructions, and pay attention to hygiene.

3. If scrotal eczema is suspected, it is recommended to use compound mustard wash for fumigation, take loratadine tablets, vitamin C, vitamin B2 orally, and apply pevisone for treatment. Avoid spicy and irritating foods, smoking and drinking.

4. Scrotal skin breakage and suppuration are usually caused by the rupture of sores on the scrotal skin. Sores develop from folliculitis. The scrotum is hidden and easy to breed bacteria, which is prone to folliculitis. Folliculitis with purulent infection is a sore. It can usually heal itself after rupture. It is recommended to disinfect with iodine and maintain local hygiene. In rare cases, scrotal rupture is caused by cold abscesses caused by tuberculosis infection, which are often delayed and difficult to heal, and anti-tuberculosis treatment and sufficient debridement are required.
