What is the reason for urinary incontinence?

After men reach the age of 40, they will develop various diseases, especially in the aspect of men's diseases. They often have symptoms of frequent urination, urgency and incomplete urination. This is closely related to kidney failure. The kidney is the most important detoxification organ in the human body. Some substances are reabsorbed and filtered by the kidney to maintain the balance of the body. In daily life, you must eat more foods that are good for the kidneys to inhibit kidney aging.

1. Regulation and filtering function of the kidneys

The kidneys regulate and filter, and the amount of urine increases, the frequency of urination also increases, and urinary incontinence occurs. In pathological conditions, such as some diabetes and diabetes insipidus, drinking a lot of water, the amount of urine is large, and the frequency of urination also increases accordingly. However, there is no discomfort in urination.

2. Increased urine volume

When the amount of urine increases, the frequency of urination will also increase accordingly. Under physiological conditions, such as drinking a lot of water or beer, the increase in water intake will lead to an increase in urine volume.

3. Psychoneural factors

It occurs during the day or before going to sleep at night, usually in patients with nervousness or hysteria. It may also be accompanied by urinary urgency and pain.

If there is a space-occupying lesion in the bladder, pressure from an enlarged uterus during pregnancy, tuberculous bladder contractions, or large bladder stones, etc. Urinating reduces bladder pressure.

5. Non-inflammatory irritation

For example, urinary stones and foreign bodies usually present with incomplete urination in women.

Prevention and treatment of incontinence

1. Cleanliness

If you have symptoms of incomplete urination, you must change your underwear frequently and wipe your anus after defecation, from front to back, to avoid bringing anal dirt into the urethra.

2. Sexual hygiene

The cause of urinary tract infection is usually poor sexual hygiene. The germs in the vulva, vagina, or urethra of a man or a woman can be easily transmitted to the other party, and it is also easy for the man or woman to be infected. Therefore, the external genitalia should be cleaned before sexual intercourse. Urinating should be done once before and after sexual intercourse.

3. Prevent urine retention

Most people have the habit of holding urine in their daily lives. The editor reminds everyone not to hold urine in normal times and to empty their bladders before going to bed every night.
